FINAL JUDGMENT . ~
THIS ACTION came on for hearing before the Court
on plaintiff's motion for entry of a final judgment. The
Court having considered the motion and court file and being
otherwise fully advised in the premises, finds that a default
has been duly entered against defendant Florida Cafeterias,
Inc., that there exists no genuine issue as to any material
fact, and that plaintiff is entitled to entry of a final
judgment as a matter of law. It is hereby
