party of the first part, and JOHN R. EVANS, party of the
second part, whose mailing address is 408 Birchwood Drive, Bonaire, ,

WITNESSETH: .
That the said party of the first part for and in aonsideration
of the sum of TEN DOLLARS AND OTHER GOOD AND VALUABLE CON&IDERATI O N
to her in hand paid by the said party of the second part, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowleciged, has granted, bargained and
sold to said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns, forever,
the following described land situate, lying and being in St. Lucie
County, State of Florida, to-wit:
Lot 42, Block 1750, of Port St Lucie Section 31, a_Subdivision
according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 14, Page
22, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Subject to conditions, restrictions, reservations, limitations
and easements of record: zoning and other regulatory ordinances
and taxes for the year 1978. ~ _ ~
And the said party of the first part does hereby fully warrant
the title to said land, and will defend the same against the lawful
claims of all persons whomsoever.
