Plaintiff's attorney is further entitled to a reasonable
attorney's fee of $2,200.00 for his representation of the
Plaintiff herPin. The Court being fully advised, it is upon
consideration
ORDERED AND ADJ[JDGED that Plaintiff, BERNICE BROWN~ ~
do have and recover of and from the Defendant, NATIONWIDE ~
~UTUAL INSURANCE CO~iPANY,~policy benefits of $3,300.00, waiver
of premiums refund of $1?3.25 and interest of ~343.69,_and
attorney's fee of $2~200.00 for her. attorney of record; for
a total sum due from said Defendant of $6,016.94, for all of
which let execution issue. Costs to be awarded Plaintiff upon
proper motion therefor. ~
