The petition of ELLBN VIOIA CIARK for Partial Distribution and Authority
to Reinvest Funda coming on before the Court and the petitioner having accounted
for the guardianships proceeds by having no withdrawals and it appearing to the
Court that JAMBS CIARIC, JR..formerly a minor, ia of legal age and entitled thereby
of distribution of hia pnrtion of guardianship funds and it being brought to the
Courts attention that the remaining guardianehip funds could be invested in Fed-
eral Savings.& Loan depository at a greater rate of interest and the Court being
otherwise fully advised therefore thereupon ~
IT IS HEREBY ORDBRED:
~ 1. That the returna of the guardian be and the same is hereby approved.

~ 2. .That the guardian be and she is hereby authorized to terminate that
~ portion of the guardianship heretofore operative as to JAMES CIARK, JR.by paying
~ over to the eaid JAMES CIARK, JR. hie portion of the guardianship estate.
~ 3. That the guardian be and she ia hereby authorized t withdraw and
~ ositor all
~ reinvest, at a greater interest rate, in Federal Savings ~ Loan ep y,
monies held in First Federal Savinge ~ Loan Association of Weat Palm Beach, for
the minors.
