The und~rsigned petitioner respectfully represent to the Court that
MARTHA KIM HAWKINS, a minor child,/"~-~°~~ ~~ieec~stoi~y andSCO~n~ral and care
of the undersigned and that TONMY NAWKINS and ROSALIE HAWKINS, the lawful
parents of the said minor child have consented and agreed that the undersigned
can have the custody of MARTHA KIM HAWKINS, a minor:
l. That.it~is to the best interests of the said minor that she be ~nd
remain in the custody of the undersigned who is the proper person to have custody
of the minor chid and that the undersigned is ready, willing and able to provide
for the child a suitable home at 362 Small.wood Drive, Fort Pierce, Florida.
2. That the petitioner is a blood relative being an aunt on the mother's
side of the abovesaid minor and that it is to the best interest of the minor that
, your petitioner be awarded custody of the minor child in order to educate and care
f for the child's needs and the same is by agreement of,the parents of th~ said child,
the original consent being attached hereto and made a part hereof as Petitioner's
Exhibit 1. ~
3. That is to ~he best interest of the minor that she be placed in the
custody and contral of your petitioner in order that she can remain in or be
placed in an @ducational facility to the best interest of the minor child.
4: There there is no necessity for bond or security for that the minor
has no estate. `
WHEREFORE, petitioner prays that the Court enter an Order granting custpdy
of the abovenamed child to the petitioner until further Order of the Court. .
