the blood related aunt of the minor child abovesaid and it appearing to the
Court that the minor owns no property in this state but that it is necessary
for a guardian to be appointed for the peraon of such minor in the interest
of educational needs and the Court being fully advised, it is thereupon
ORDBRED and AD~UDGED:
