FINAL JUDGMENT -
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE ~
This cause came on for trial the 31st day of October, 1978 and
the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds
and determines: this Court has jurisdiction of the parties and the
subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now
exists between the parties; and that the marr•iage between the~parties
is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The marriage between BRUCE FRANKLIN CHANDLER and SANDRA

' CHANDLER be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and

3 each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony

~ heretofore existing between them and from the~obligations arising
€
° therefrom.

~ 2. SANDRA CHANDLER be and she is hereby authorized to assume
~ her former name of SANDRA SHIVER and to use the same in all respects
~
~ as if said marriage had not intervened. ~
~
~ 3. The Court determines the sum of $450 to be reasonable for
~
~
~ the Wife's attorney for his services herein and BRUCE FRANKLIN CHANDLER
~
~ is ordered to pay ta the firm of Willes, Bittan & Willes said sum E
~
~
together with costs herein assessed at $52.50; that said fee and costs ~
- are to be paid to said law firm by the Husband at the rate of $25 each
~ and every week, commencing Friday, November 3,~1978.
