This cause came on to be heard on November 1, 1978. upon the Petition for Adoption filed in this cause, the Consent of Terry Ann Schetrompf, natural mother of the female infant~ and the report of the investigation and recom~tendation of the Depart- ment of Health and Rehabilitatfve Services of the State of Florida filed herein, and it appearing to the Court that proper notice of the hearing had been given to the Department of Health and~Reha- bilitative Services, District IX, of the State of Florida, and that the Petitioners are fit and proper persons to adopt the minor child sought to be adopted, and that the best interest of the ~ child will be promoted by the adoption and that the child is suitable for adoption by the Petitioners, JILES DAVID RICHESON and SARAH YATES RICHESON, his wife, and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is therefore ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. The minor child named in the Petition is declared to be the legal child of JILES DAVID RICHESON and SARAH YATES RICHESON. his wife, and is given the name of LILLAH CARTWRIGHT RICHESON, by which name she shall hereinafter be known. 2.
