FINAL JUDGMENT OF ADOPTION
THIS CAUSE came on for Final Hearing upon the Petition of
EUGENE T. CHANDLER, JR., to adopt JOSEPH ALTON DAY, and the Court
finding that:
1. That the Petitioner, EUGENE T. CHANDLER, JR., is married
to DONNA J. CHANDLER, the natural mother of JOSEPH ALTON UAY.
2. That the natural mother of said child, DONNA J. CHANDLER,
and the natural father, DONALD M. DAY, of said child have consented
to said adoption. .
3. That the Court has jurisdiction of the Petitioner and that

f the minor child resided within the jurisdiction of the Court at the time
of the filing of the Petition For -Adoption.
