STEPHANIE ANN HOY.
FINAL JUDGMENT OF ADOPTION .
THIS CAUSE was heard upon the verified Petition for ~
Adoption filed in this cause and with the written consent
of the natural mother and of the natural father, and it appear-
ing to the Court that the PeCitioner is a fit and proper person
to adopt the minor child sought to be adopted and that the best
interests of the child will be promoted by the adoption and
that the child is suitable for adoption by the.Petitioner,
GARY RUSSELL STORY, and the Court being otherwise fully advised
in the premises, it is~ - ~
~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the minor child known as

~ STEPHANIE ANN HOY, is declared to be the legal child of the
Petitioner. GARY RUSSELL STORY, and is given the name of

~ STEPHANIE ANN STORY, by which name she shall hereafter be known,
~ and it is, further
~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that this child shall be the child
and legal heir of the Petitioner, GARY RUSSELL STORY, entitled
to all rights and privileges, and subject to all obligations
~ of a child born to Petitioner, GARY RUSSELL STORY, in legal

wedlock.
