THIS~CAUSE coming on to be heard upon the verified Petition
for Adoption filed in this cause and the consent of PATRICIA LOUISE
LODICO, mother of the minor child, and it a;~pearin~ to the Caurt
that the Petitioner is a fit and proper person to adopt the minor
child sought to be adopted, and that the best interests of t:~e
child wi21 be promoted by the adoption, and being, other~vise ~ully
advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the minor child kno~,m as CHRISTI'~A
MARIE DUGAS is declared to be the legal child of the Petitioner,
F?tANK JOSEPA LODICO. and is given the name of CNRISTINA MARIE
LODICO, by which name she shall hereafter be known; and it is
FURTHER ORDERED and ADJUDGED that this child sha11 be the
child and le~al heir of the Petitioner, FRAiVK JOSEPH LODICO,
entitled to aZl rights and privileges. and subject to all obliga-
tions of a child born to Petitioner, F:tA.'~TK JOSEPH LODICO, in lawful
wedlock. I
