DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 2nd day of November,
1978, and the Court having given full consideration to all the
Pvidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of
the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation
of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the
marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should
be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between
VIVIENNE LEROYCE GALLOTT and ROBERT THOMAS GALLOTT be and the

~ same is hereby dissolved, and.the parties and each of them are
~
~ hereby forever freed from~the bonds of matrimony heretofore
~
~ existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
~ 2. CUSTODY. Custody of ROBERT LEE GALLOTT, minor child
i
~ of the parties, is hereby awarded to VIVIENNE LEROYCE•OALLOTT,
with reasonable visitation rights reserved to ROBERT THOMAS GALLOTT.

~ 3. SUPPORT. Commencing the 22nd day of September, 1978,
~
~ ROBERT THOMAS GALLOTT shall pay to VIVIENNE LEROYCE GALLOTT the
~
~ sum of $30.00 each and every week for the support of the child
~ .

~ named abave.

Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court 5

~ and by him remitted promptly to VIVIENNE LEROYCE GALLOTT. In '

n~ addition there is hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory ;
