FINAL JUDGMENT .
DISSOLUTION OF JUDGMENT
This cause came on for trial the 31st day of October, Z978 and
the Court having giuen full consideration to all the evidence, finds
and determines: this Court has jurisdiction of the parties and the
subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife
now exists betweer, the parties; and that the marriage between the
parties is irretrievably broken.and should be dissolved. It is
thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The marriage between HERSCHEL BREWSTER and ANNIE LEE -
BREWSTER be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and
each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony
heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising
the re f rom .
2. Custody of GREGORY BREWSTER and BELZNDA BREWSTER, minor
children of the parties, is hereby awarded to ANNIE LEE BREWSTER with
reasonable visitation rights reserved to HERSCHEL BREWSTER.
3. Commencing Friday, November 3, 1978, HERSCHEL BREWSTER
shall pay to ANNIE LEE BREWSTER the stun of $60 each and every week
for the support of the chil~ren named above.
Each payment shall be made to the Clerlu3of this Court and
by him remitted promptly to ANNIE LEE BREWSTER. In addition there is
