hereby assessed the sum of $2 as statutory costs to be added to
each payment made to the clerk. All payments shall be made in
cash, money order or cashier's check. Both of the parties are
ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing
and residence addresses at all times while this order is in effect.
4. .The Wife, ANNIE LEE BREWSTER, and the two minor children
shall have the exclusive use and possession of the dwelling located
at 609 South 24th Street, Ft. Fierce, Florida so long as either of the
minor ch~ldren have not been emancipated or become of age or the Wife
has not remarried. The furniture and furnishings now located in the
marital dwelling is decreed to be the sole property of the Wife and
that the Husband has no claim thereto. The Wife, ANNIE LEE BREWSTER,
shall make all mortgage payments and shall pay for all taxes, main-

! tenance and insurance thereon while she resides in said home.
~ 5. The Court determines the sum.of $700 to be reasonable for

~ the Wife's attorney for his services herein and the Husband, HERSCHEL

; BREWSTER, is ordered to pay t~ Willes, Bittan & Willes the sum of

~ $300 to apply on said fee, together with one-half of the costs herein,
~ assessed at $73.10.
~ 6. Jurisdiction of this cause and the parties hereto is

~ retained for the entry of such further orde ~ as may be p~roper.
