Wife. and GEORGE KIhG, Husband. / FINAL JUDGMENT DISS UT N IAGE THIS CAUSE came on for~trial the 2nd day of November, 1978~ and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,~ finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon - ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: i ~ 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between MARY E " ELLEN KI2IG and GEORGE KING be and the same is hereby dissolved, and ! : ~ ~ the parties and each of them are tiereby f.orever freed from the bonds _ ~ . ~ of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations ~ i ~ arising therefram. ~ 2. CUSTODY. Custody of JOHN MATTHEW KING, minor child of ~ the parties, is hereby awarded to MARY ELLEN KING with reasonable ~ ~ visitation rights reserved to GEORGE KING. ~ 3. SUPPORT . Co~enc ing the ~ day of ~?Q N~ 1978 , ~ - ~ GEORGE KIP~G shall pay to MARY ELLEN KING the sum of $200.00 each and . every month, for the support of the child named abovQ. ~ ~ . 7i Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and ~ by him remitted promptly to MARY ELLEN KING. In addition there is ~ hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to be added to ` *j - each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash, ~ money order or cashier's check.
