THIS INDENTURE, executed this day of
1978, between G~ORGE R. STEWART and GEORGIA STEWART, as personal
representatives of the Estate of Griselda N. Stewart, a/k/a
Griselda S. Cox, deceased, Grantor, and GEORGE R. STEWART and
GDORGIA STEWART, his wife, Grantee, whose address is: 2521
South 35th Street, Fort Pierce, FL 33450
W I T N E S S E T H:
The Grantor, in consideration of the premises and
the sum of $10.00, and other good and valuable considerations,
in hand paid, qrants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises, re- _
leases, conveys and confirms unto the Grantee, and to their
