above estate alleges: '
l. The decedent, Margaret D. Devlin, a resident s
of St. Lucie County, Florida, died on the 18th day of July,
1978, and Letters of Administration were~issued to Petitioner
on July 27, 1978.
2. Petitioner files herewith a Waiver of Account and
Service of Petition for Discharge and Consent to Discharge of
Personal Representative.
3. Petitioner has fully administered this estate by
making payment, settlement or other disposition of all claims
and debts that were presented and by paying or making provision
~ for the payment of taxes and expenses of administration.
