BAKER for an Order of Summary Administration of the Estate of
ROBERT F. BAKER, Deceased, to be issued. Attached to said Petition

the appropriate portion of domicilliary proceedings pursuant to
Rule 5.470 of Florida Rules of Probate and Guardianship Procedure.
