Thia cauae coming on before the Court on Motion for Order of Diaburae-
ment and Authority.to Reinveat Funda and the Court having authorized a partial
termination of the guardianship funds and suthorized reinveatment of the remainder
of the funds and it appearing to the Court that the depository desires a direct
Order therein thereupon
IT IS NBRBBY ORDSRBD:
1. The the FIRST FBDBRAL SAVINGS ~ LOAN ASSOCIATION OF WSST PALM BBACH
be and it i8 herebq directed to disburse to the guardian, ELLBN VIOIA CLARK all
of the funde on depoait held by them on the behalf of ,TAMgS CIARK, ,TR., MARCIg
CIARK, WENDY CIARK and KEITH CIARK.
2. That the disbursements be made as follows:
One diaburaement to BLI,EN V. CIARK, guardian of JAMI3S CIARK, MARCIS
CI1~RK, i~BTiDY CLARK and KEITH CIARK and that thereupon said depository is released
from further obligation. ~
3. The BLLEN 1~IOLA CIARK, the guardian is hereby directed to terminate
that portion of the guardianship pertaining to JAMLS CIARK, JR, by proper payment
to him of hia portion of the guardianehip estate and receipt therefor.
4. That BLLBN VIOIA CLARK, guardian is hereby authorized to receive
the above said funds on behalf of MARCIB CIARK, WSNDY CYARK and KBITH CIARK to-
gether with interest accrued and to pay coets and attorney fees incurred by the
warda in the amount of $200.00 and reinveat the remaining auma in Federal Savings
~ Loan certificates.
