LASTLY: I nominate, constitute, and appoint my wife,
PEARL E. DeLORENZE-, Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament. ~
In the event that she is unable for any reason to act in this

capacity, then I nominate, constitute, and appoint my son, WELDON ~
RONALD DeLORENZE, Executor. I direct that whomever serves in
this capacity shall do so without the necessity of giving bond in
any jurisdiction in which they may be required to act.
