HAROLD W. BURNARD ~
I, HAROLD W. BURNARD,. a resident of St. Lucie County, Florida,
being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do hereby make, publish
and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all
former Wills by me at any time made, and intending hereby to devise ;
and bequeath all of the property, both real or personal, of which I
may die seized and possessed, or to which I may be entitled at the time

of my death, wherever the same may be situated, as follows, to-wit: '

FIRST: I direct my Executor, hereinafter named, to pay all of
my just debts and funeral expenses as soon after my decease as is
practicable.
SECOND: All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate,
whether real, personal or mixed, I give, devise and bequeath unto my
wife, FLORENCE C. BURNARD, to have and to hold unto herself absolutely :

THIRD: In the event my wife, FLORENCE C. BURNARD, fails to ~
survive me by thirty (30) days, then I give, devise and bequeath all
the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, whether real, personal ~

or mixed, unto my son, HAROLD T. BURNARD, to have and to hold unto
hims~lf absolutely and forever.
FOURTH: I give and devise such of my tangible personal property
to those persons designated in a separate writing in existence at the
time of my death, which list is signed by me and which describes the
items and the devisees with reasonable certainty.
FIFTH: I hereby constitute and appoint ROBERT FOX Executor of
this my Last Will and Testament, and I expressly confer upon him power
as such Executor to administer my estate, excusing him from giving any
bond, or making any returns to any court. I expressly confer upon him
full authority and power to manage, invest and re-invest, to sell and
convey any part or all of my estate, at public or private sale, with or
without notice, as he may deem best, and without any order of court.
