I, TATIANA I. ZAND, a resident of St. Lucie County, Florida, being j
of sound and disposing mind and memory, do make, publish and declare ~

this to be my Last Will and.Testament, hereby revoking all former !
Wills by me at any time made, and intending hereby to devise and ~
bequeath all of the property, both real or personal, of which I may die
seized and possessed, or to which I may be entitled at the tirae of my
death, wherever the same may be situated, as follows, to-wit:
FIRST: I direct my Executor, hereinafter named, to pay all of
my just debts and funeral expenses as soon after my decease as is
practicable.
SECCIND: All the rest, residue, and remainder of my estate; whether
real, personal, or mixed, I give, devise and bequeath unto MARY FORD,
whose address is 1130 Avenue F, Fort Pierce, Florida, to have and to
hold unto herself absolutely and forever. '

THIRD: I hereby constitute and appoint BEN L. BRYAN, JR., Executor
of this my Last Will and Testament, and I expressly confer upon him i
power as such Executor to administer my estate, excusing him from giving ~
any bond, or making any returns to any court. I expressly confer upon ~
him full authority and power to manage, invest and reinvest, to sell ;

and convey any part or all of my estate, at public or private sale, ~

with or without notice, as he may deem best, and without any order of }
~
court. I authorize him to make good and sufficient conveyances to any
purchaser and to hold the proceeds of any sale for such use as he may
, deem best for the interest of ;ny estate. I further expressly confer.
upon him the authority and power to borrow money for the use of my
said estate in any instance whe=e he may think it necessary and proper, ~
and to secure the same by mortgage, trust deed, or other form of security ~
to or upon any part of my estate; this he may do without the order of
any court. -
