PETITION
Comes now VICIE L. SANDERS, PersQnal Representative of the
above entitled estate, and says:
1. That she is the surviving spouse of MACK CHARLES SANDERS,
deceased.
2. That she has paid from her own funds all funeral bills
and expenses of the decedent.
3. That no claims or debts are outstanding against this
estate. ~
4. That she, as surviving spouse, is entitled to distribu-
tion of the assets and that this estate should proceed as "no
' administration necessary".

E .WHEREFORE, Petitioner requests that this Court enter an
