PETITION FOR DISCHARGE WITHOUT ACCOUNTING
The undersigned, as personal representatives of the
above estate allege:
1. The decedent, DANIEL V. SHERBAN, a resident of
St. Lucie County, Florida, died on the 21st day of June,
1976, and Letters of Administration were issued to Petitioners
on July 7, 1976.
~ 2. Petitioners file herewith a Waiver of Account and
Service of Petition for Discharge and Consent to Diseharge .
of personal representatives.
3. Petitioners have fully administered this estate by
making payment, settlement or other disposition of all claims
and debts that were presented and by paying or making pro-
j vision for the payment of taxes and expenses of administration.

; paid to the personal representatives, attorneys, accountants,

t appraisers or other agents employed by the personal repre-
