Before me, the underaigned Notary Public, pereonally appeared
MAR GUER ITE CR EDENDINO, who upon her oath says that she is the ~ ~
aurviving spouse of ANTHONY CREDENDINO, who died a resident of
Westchester County, New York, on October 2, 1974. That on May 23, 1969
she and the decedent, as husband and wife, purchased the following
described real property:
Lot 6, Block 162, of PORT ST. LUCIE, SECTION 4, a
~ Subdiviaion according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat
Book 12, Page 14, of the Public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
That she and the decedent were continuously married to each other
from the date of said purctiase until death of said decedent on October 2, 1974.
