Shaw, as partner with an undivided 208 interest, party of first part, in con- sideration of the sum of $10.00 and other valuable consider- ation received from or on behalf of BOWEN BROTHERS, INC., a Florida Corporation, part of the second part, at or before the ensealing and delivery of these present, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, as- sign, transfer and set over unto the said party of the second part a certain 208 interest in land in St. Lucie County, Florida under a certain partnership in the State of Florida, The Deed as recorded in Public Records of St. Lucie County Florida bearing date of December 29, 1977 O. R. Book 279 pages 1628 and 1629, also 20$ undivided interest in land St. Lucie County, Florida as recorded in Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida bearing the date of January 16, 1978 O. R. Book 280 pages 1401 and 1402. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said party of the sec- ond part, its successors and assigns, forever.
