T~IIS INDENTURE, made and entered into this -Z6 day of September
1978, between DAVID M. McDERMOTT, the duly constituted, appointed
a~d acting personal representative of the estate of CHARLES C.
McDERMbTT, deceased, late of Brevard County, Florida, as party of the
f~rst part, and DAVID M. McDERMOTT, whose post office address is
1155 Dunes Street, Merritt Island, Brevard County, Florida, as party
of the second part.
I T N E S S E T H
iVHEREAS, CHARLES C. McDERMOTT died leaving a Last Will and
Testament and by the terms of said Will, devised all of his property
to DAVID bi. McDERMOTT, the second party herein;
NO[V, THEREFORE, in order to carry out the terms of said SVill, the ~
party of the first part, as personal representative aforesaid, does
hereby transfer, set over, assign and convey unto the party of the
