pool return for each variety delivered as declared by
Evans Packing Company of Dade City, Florida. All the ups
to the Evans net/net pool ~~~ur~ w~l~e~~°~onsidered to be
the sales price received by Bowen regardless of actual destination
of fruit. From all the ups to Net/net Evans pool returns
Bowen will substract all funds paid on behalf of the 300,000 ;

boxes of fruit delivered, i.e. payments on behalf of growers
pick and haul amounts not recovered from grower payments,
interest on fruit advances to River Citrus to be charged at ~
the rate Evans is charging Bowen to obtain funds !
233,000 boxes of Round oranges to be delivered to
Bowens account. ~ the ups to the net/net pool return for
each variety of fruit as declared by Lykes Pasco Packing
Company of Dade City, Florida for the 78-79~fruit season.
~ the ups to Pasco's pool will be considered to be the sales
price received by Bowen regardless of the actutal destination

as stated in Whereas (1) will be satisfied before any disbursements
of profits, if any, are r.iade to River Citrus, Inc. ~
Bowen has the option of calling for futher security
from River Citrus, Inc. to satisfy indebtness herein at
their discretion.
