Purciiaser, by acceptance and execution of this Rec:eipt, acknowled~;es
that this purchase af a conciominiwn unit at OC~AN VILlJ1G~ OF MlfQ1ItiS0I~ ISl.M1U
is subject in every respect to the Declaration of Condominiun as to the condominiun
in which his unit is located and Exhibits attached thereto, including but not
limited to (whetlier the same are attached to the Declaration of referreci to
therein), the By-laws of the Association Articles of Incorporation, the Rules and
Regulations, copy of projected operating budget, copy of sales brochure and.floor
plan of apartment purchased by Purchaser, and all AmencLnents to the aforesaid Ue-
claration and Exhibits and the Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws and Declaration
of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Owner's Association; and Purchaser
further aclrnowledges receipt of and reading and examination of said Declaration, its
F~chibits, and budget, sales brochure and floor plan, and acknowledges that each and
every provision of the foregoing is essential to the sucessful operation and manage-
ment of the Condominiwn property and is in the be~t interests and for the benefit of
all the owners therein. Vurchaser and all owners of parcels in the aforedescribed '
Condominiuon covenant and agree to abide by each and every provision of said Declar-
ation of Condominium and F~chibits attached thereto. Pui-chaser hereby ratifies and
confiims and approves all of the tern~s and provisions of said Declaration of Condo-
miniwn and Exhibits attached thereto, and agrees that the assessment under the
Property Owners' Association docwnents referred to above and~the provisions thereof
are resonable, fair and equitable, and said Purchaser aclmowledges and confirn~s
that the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Owners' Association
. has enc~.unbered and impressed a lien upon the Condominiian parcel being conveyed to
Purchaser, as security for his obligations under the said Declaration of Covenants
and Restrictions of the Property Owners' Assaciation and said Purchaser asswnes the
obligations as to the Property Owners' Association as to his condominiwn parcel.
I'~irchaser confirn~s that all warranties, representations and inducements, if any, are
as contained in the aforesaid Declaration of Condominiwn and F.xhibits attached there-
to, and the comnon e~cpenses and the sums due under the Property U,~ner's Association
and other charges are estimated only.. No warranty or guaranty is made or intended s
. nor may one be relied except where the s~ne is specifically warranted or guaranteed
in said Declaration of Condominit.m? and the Exhibits attached thereto. .
