NOTICE OF INTERLOCUTORY APPEAL
PHILLIP LYNN HAWKINS, the Husband, takes and enters his
interlocutory appeal to the District Court of Appeal, Fourth
District of Florida to review the Order of the Circuit Court
for St. Lucie County, Florida, bearing date of the 3rd day of
October, 1978, and entered and recorded in 0. R. Book 295 '
at page 1820, on the 6th day of October, 1978. The nature
of the Order appealed from is an interloCUtory order in equity ~
denying equitable relief, retaining jurisdiction and transfering
the cause to the law side of the docket. All parties to the

! cause are called upon to take notice of the entry of this
interlocutory appeal.
