NOTICE OF INTERLOCUTORY APPEAL
ROBERT TR.ACY NOBLE, the Husband, takes and enters his
interlocutory appeal to the District Court of Appeal, Fourth
District of Florida to review the Order of the Circuit Court
for St. Lucie County, Florida, bearing date .of the 4th day
of October, 1978, and enter.ed and recorded in O.R. Book 295
at page 18 17, on the 6th day of October, 1978. The nature
of the Order appealed from is~an interlocutory order in equi-`y
denying equftable relief, retaining 3urisdiction and tran:-
