ASSOCIA'lES ~zgrees to and does hereby assigt~ all its right~ title
and ir?terest under and pursuant to the Contract for Sale and
Yurchase attached hereto as Exhibit "A" to the Trustee and the
'1'rustc~e does hereby assume each atid every obligation of
5aid Contract. said obligation henceforth to~be an obligation of
the trust.
4. YO[JI:RS AND DUTIES OF THE TRUSTEE. In addition to
Che other powers and ciuties oF the Trustee enumerated in this
a~;rec:n~ent, the Trustee shall have all the powers granted to
trust~•~s under the laws of the State of Florida, incl.uding but
~ ii:ii ~ed t~ the power to re•r.one, sell , mo.-tp,age, enter into
~~:ricracc.s and otherwise deal the trust property as if said ~
~ru~~~rty were owned by said Trustee free of any trust, subject
~~nly to the ri~;hts of the beneficiaries of this Trust as provided
in para~raph 19 h~reof. -
In na case shall any party dealing with the Trustee in -
relaL~un to suc~tz prc~perty, or to whom such property or any part
