FINAL JUDGI~NT 4~~~
T1iis cause coming on for final hearing on the 2nd day of November,
1978, and the Court having given full consideration to all of the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject
matter of this suifi; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between
the Plaintiff and the Defendant; the equities are with the Wife and against
the H~lsband and the Wife is entitled to a divorce. It is thereupon ~
ORDERED as follows:
l. The marriage between the Wife, LINDA YODER, and the Husband,
DAVID YODER, be and the same is hereby dissolved and fihe said parties and
each of them are hereby forever freed~from the bonds of matrimony her~tofore '
existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.

'j 2. The Husband is hereby ordered to pay all pre-natal, hospital, ~

and doctor bills for the unborn child, over and above whatever amount is taken _
; .

` care of by the Wife's hospitalization policy.

3. An attorney's fee of $500.00 is awarded to the Wife's attorney,
~ L. A. 0'Laughlin, Jr., payable at $25.00 per month cormnencing December l, 1978:

s 4. The Wife is awarded exclusive possession of the water bed as
lump sum alirnony. ~

5 5. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties thereto, is retained
