JOINT STIPULATION AND ORDER
COMES NnW the law firm of Brennan, McAliley, Hayskar
and McAliley, attorneys for the Wife herein, and JAMES SIDNEY
SINGLEY, and agree and stipulate to the following terms regarding
the Contempt Notice served upon the Husband by the law firm of ~
Brennan, McAliley, Hayskar and McAliley for his failure to pay
the attorney's fees awarded by the Court in this cause:
l. That the Husband, JAMES SIDNEY SINGLEY, shall
commence paying to the law firm of Brennan, McAliley, Hayskar
and ~~cAliley on i~londay, November 13, 1978 the amount of $15.00
and shall continue making said~payments each and every other
Monday thereafter until the total sum of $300.00 is paic~ in
F full.
