ORDER
THIS CAUSE was presented upon the Motion to Dismiss and
Strike served by the defendant on September 1, 1978. Upon con-
sideration thereof after argument of counsel and examinatiOn of
the court file, the Court is of the opinion that the defendant's
Motian to Dismiss for lack of~jurisdiction over the person should
be granted. The Court, therefore, does not rule on the remaining
~ motiorr, of the defendant. It is thereupon
i ORDERED that defendant's Motion to Dismiss for lack of juris-
~
! diction over the person be and the same is hereby granted.

; Plaintiff shall have twenty (20) days to amend and properly
~
; serve the defendant.
