~ ORDER ON RULE TO SHOW CAUSE AND
ORDER OF CONTEMPT
THIS CAUSE having come before the Court on the 30th day
of October, 1978, on Petitioner's Rule To Show Cause and Respondent
having been present in Court and the Court being fully advised in the
premises, it is,
. ADJUDGED that HARRY GREENSPAN had the financial ability
to pay the sums hereinafter referred to and is now adjudged guilty
of willful contempt of this Court for his willful failure to pay support ~
payments as directed by Order duly entered herein, a copy of which is
attached hereto and by reference made a part hereof. It is, ~
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that as punishment for contempt
HARRY GREENSPAN is hereby sentenced to serve thirty (30) days in the
~ St. Lucie County Jail, Fort Pierce, Florida, commencing on the first ~

i day of January, 1979, or as soon thereafter as he may be found.

~ PROVIDED, HOWEVER, he may purge himself (either before or

~ after incarceration) and be released by paying the sum of $642.50

~ (arrears) due as of the 30th day of October, 1978, to the Clerk of

~ the Circuit Court of this County, together with costs of his arrest.
