• AMENDEb ORDER
TNIS CAUSE having come on for hearing on the 30th day
of October, 1978, upon Respondent's oral motion to reduce child
support payments by deleting CINDEE WEAVER, born 10/22/60,~from
the previous Order of this Court dated December 1, 1977, due to
the fact that said CINDEE WEAVER has now attained the age of eighteen
years, and the Court being fully advised in the premises, it is, •

- ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Respondent pay to the
Petitioner for the benefit of GARY WEAVER, born 4/4/62; and PATTI
WEAVER, born 2/14/64; minor children, the sum of $12.00 per week
per child, until each of said children has attained the age of
eighteen years, plus an additional $2.00 for payment of Clerk's
fee for receiving and disbursing support payments. These payments
are to begin on the 13th day.of November, 1978, and thereafter on.
Monday of each and every week; that said payments shall be made
in cash, by cashier's check or by posta2 money order to the Clerk
of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, P. O. Box 700, Fort Pierce,
Florida, and the said Clerk shall transmit the said payments to:
Toledo Humane Society, 410 South Erie Street, ~oledo, Ohio.
This Court shall retain jurisdiction of this cause for the
purpose of enforcing this Order and enterin~ such further Orders
as may be deemed equitable. -
DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers at Fort Pierce, Florida,
