ORDER ON RULE TO SHOW CAUSE AND
~ ORDER OF CONTEMPT .
THIS CAUSE having come before the Court on the 30th day of.
October ,15 78 , on Petitioner's Rule To Show Cause and
Respondsnt having been present in Court and the Court being fully advised
in the premises, it is,
ADJUDGED that SALVATORE SPARACINO had the financial ability
to pay the sums hereinafter referred to and is now adjudged guilty of will-
ful contempt of this Court for his willful failure to pay support payments
as directed by Order duly en~ered herein, a copy of which is attached
hereto and by reference made a part hereof. It is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that as punishment for contempt
SALVATORE SPARACINO is hereby sentenced to serve days
in the St. Lucie County Jail, Fort Pierce, Florida, commenci on the ~
day of ,19~, or as soon thereafter as he may be found.
' PROVIDED, HOWEVER, he may purge himself (either before or after
