Upon Stipulatian hereto and the Court being fully
advised in the premises, it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: _
1. Respondent shall pay to the Petitioner the sum
of $12.50 per week, plus an additional $2.00 for payment of -
Clerk's fee for receiving and disbursing support pay*nents. These
payments are to begin on the first day of August, 1977, and there-

after on Monday of each and every week. In addition, on the
- first Monday~of each and every month Respondent shall.pay to
Petitioner the-sum of $30.00 representing one-h~lf of Respondent's =
~
military pension check; that all of the said payments shall be ~
made in cash, by cashier's check or by postal money order to the ~
~
Clerk of the Circuit Court of'St. Lucie County, Florida, P. O. ~
` Hox 700, Fort Pierce, Florida, and the said Clerk shall transmit ~
~ the said payments to: Mercer County Probation Office, P. O.
Box 1777, Domestic Relations Section, Court House, Trenton, ~

~ New Jersey 08607. ~
~ 2. This Court shall retain jurisdiction of this ~

' cause for the purpose of enforcing this Order and entering such #
