Purchaser, by acceptance and execution of this Receipt, ~icknowledges
that this purchase of a condominiiun iuiit at 0(:I:AN VIT.IAGIi OF tiltl'CIIIN.S(h~ ISI.AN[)
is subject in every respect to the Ikclaration of Condominiun as to tiie condominium
in which his unit is locatecl and kachibits attached thereto;'including but not
limiteci to (whetlier the same are attached to the Declaration of referrecl to
therein), the By-laws of the As~ociation Articles of Incorporation, the Rules and
Regulations, copy of projected operating budget, copy of sales brochure and floor
plan of apartment purchased by Purchaser, and all Amendments to the aforesaid De-
claration and Exhibits and the Articles of Inco~oration, By-Iaws and Declaration
of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Owner's Association; and Purchaser
further aclrnowledges receiPt of and reading and examination of said Declaration, its
~ T~chibits, and budget, sales brochure and floor plan, and aclrnowledges that each and
every provision of the foregoing is essential to the sucessful operation and manage-
ment of the Condominium property and is in tf~e best interests and for the benefit_of
all the owners therein. Purchaser and all owncrs of parcels in the aforedescribed
Condominitun covenant and agree to abide by each and every provision of said Declar-
ation of Condominium and Exhibits attached thereto. Purchaser hereby ratifies and
confirn?s and approves all of the teYms and provisions of said Declaration of Condo-
miniwn and Exhibits attached thereto, and agrees that the assessment under the
Property Owners' Association docwnents referreci to above and the provisions thereof
are resonahle, fair and equitable, and said Purchaser aclmowledges and confiYms
that the Ueclaration of Covenant~ and Restrictions of the Property Owners' Association
has encwnbered and impressed a lien upon the Cpndominiwn parcel being conveyed to
Purchaser, as security for his obligations under the said I)eclaration of Covenants
and Restrictions of the Property Owners' Association and said Purchaser ass~unes the
obligations as to the Property Owners' Association as to his condominiwn parcel.
Purchaser confirn~s that all warranties, representations and inducements, if any, are
as contained in the aforesaid I)eclaration of Condominiinn and F.xhiUits attaci~ed there-
to, and the comnon expenses and the sums due under the Property OHmer's Association
and other charges are estimated only. No warranty or guaranty is made or intended
nor may one be relied except where th€ same is specifically warranted or guaranteed
in said Declaration of Condominiwn and the Exhibits attached thereto.
