O R D E R
THIS CAUSE having come before the Court upon Respondent's
Notice to Compel Answers to Interrogatories and Petitioner being
represented through her counsel, ROGER G. ORR, Assistant State Attorney,
and Respondent being represented through his counsel, EDGAR A. I3ROWN,
the Court having heard arguments of counsel and being otherwise fully
advised in the premises, it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
1. That the Bureau of Vital Statistics, Department of
Health, St. Paul, Minnesota 55101, the official custodian of paternity
records for Hennepin Gounty, Minnesota, shall produce and forward to
this Court the oricji~nal Legitimation Affidavit for a child born out of
wedlock for DUSTIN GARVIE, for inspection by Respondent and his counsel, •
said document to remain in the custody of this Court until inspection
,
is completed, whereupon it will be returned to said custodian of records.
2. Upon stipulation of the parties, request for certified
copies of the Dissolution of Marriage proceedings wherein SUBAN CAROL
ERICHSEN was Plaintiff and JORGEN ERICHSEN was Defendant, said pro-
ceedinqs being File IVo. 30435 in the Fourth Judicial District Court,
State of Minnesota, County of Hennepin, is witlidrawn and the Court

shall receive uncertified copies of same.
3. That Respondent's biotion to compel as to Supplemental
Interrogatories, No. 5, is den'ied.
4. That Respondent's Motion to compel as to Supplemental
