O R D E R
THIS CAUSE having com~ before the Court on Petitioner's
Rule To Show Cause, Petitioner being represented by ROGER G. ORR, '
Assistant State Attorney, and Respondent being present and represented
by RAYMOND E. FORD, ESQ., and the Court having heard arguments of
counsel and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
1. That the Respondent is not in contempt. .
2. That the support ordered by this Court in the amount
of $15.00 per week, beginning December 5, 1975, by Order entered
December 4, 1975, shall be stayed until the followiny conditions have
been met: ia) Until the child, PAULINE PATRICIA BAUSWELL, is permitted
and does call Respondent, JOHNNIE BAUSWELL, for a reasonable tele-
phonic visitation; (b) Until Petitioner, SHIRLEY FAYE BOWEN, has
advised Respondent, JOHNNIE BAQSWELL, of her current address and
the address and telephone number of the minor child, PAULINE PATRICIA
BAUSWELL.
3. Upon~Respondent's receiving the aforementioned
telephonic visitation with the minor child, PAULINE PATRICIA.BAUSWELL,
he shall ictunediately notify the State Attorney's Office of the
receipt of said call and, further, shall begin making the child
support payments in the amount of $15.00 per week as ordered by
this Court on December 4, 1975.
This Court shall retain jurisdiction of this cause for the
purpose of enforcing this Order and entering such further Orders
as may be deemed equitable.
