THIS CAUSE came on for trial the 14th day of November, 1978,
and the Court having given full consideration to all of the evidence.
finds and determines: The Court has jurisdiction of the parties and
subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now
exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties
is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:

l. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between the parties
and each of them is hereby dissolved and they are herek?y forever freed ~
` from the bonds of matrimony~heretofore existing between them and from the 3

2. CUSTODY: Custody of RORY LEE ROBINSON, ROBERT LEE ROBINSON,
JR. and RORYELLE LaPEARLE ROBINSON~ minor children of the marriage is _

hereby awarded to the wife, PEARL ROBI~ISON, with reasonable visitation ¢
rights reserved to the husband, ROBERT LEE ROBINSON.
3. SUPPORT: Commencing Friday. November 17, 1978, ROBERT LEE
ftOBINSON shall pay to the wife, PEARL ROBINSON, the sum~of $10.00 per week

as child support for each of the three minor children named above for a total ~
of $30.00 per week.

Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of the Circuit-Court and
by him remitted promptly to the wife. In addition, there is hereby assessed
