This Deed made and executed this 15th day of November,
1978, by FORT P I ERCE PORT AND AI RPORT AUTNORI TY , a special taxing district,
hereinafter called the Grantor, to TRUELINE INDUSTRIES, INC., whose
post otfice address is 1200 pope Lane, Lake Worth, tloriaa .s34bU,
hereinafter called the Grantee:~
W.ITNESSETH: .
That the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sur~ of One
Dollar (~1.00) and other valuable considerations, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, sell and
convey to the Grantee, its successors and assigns the fo~~owing
described lands in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
Lot 18, Block 3, Airport Industrial Park,
~ Unit 1 as per plat thereof in Plat Book
12 at page 40
To have and to hold the same, together with all and-singular
the ap~furtenances subject, however, to the following conditions,
reservations and restrictions:
1. The protective covenants as recorded in OR Book 49 at pages
426 to 430 and the amendments thereto as recorded in OR Book 167 at
pages 1465 and 1466, OR Book 168 at oage 1986 and OR Book 211 at ~

passage of-aircraft in the airspace above the surface of said lands,

landing at, taking off from or operating on the St. Lucie County

3. The Grantee expressl_y agrees for itself, its successors
and assigns, to restrict the height of structures, objects of natural
growth and other obstructions on the above described lands to such
a heigiit so as not to exceed 50 feet above ground level or 88 feet
above mean sea level, whichever is lower, or receive approval for a
greater height by submittal of FA~A Form 7460-1 to the Federal Aviation
