4. The Grantee expressly agrees for itself, its successors
and assigns, to prevent any use of tlie above described lands which
shall interfere with or adversely affect the operation or maintenance
of the St. Lucie County Airport. ~
5. If the Grantee does not construct on said lot a fence
meeting the Building and Zoning regulations of St.,Lucie County within
one (1) year from the date of this conveyance, the Grantee shall
reconvey said lot to the Grantor upon the Grantor's refunding to~the ,
Grantee the purchase price. ~
6. The Grantee expressly agrees for itself, its successors
and assigns, that the above described lands shall be forever
incorporated and unified with Lots 19 and 20, Block 3, Airport
Industrial Park, Unit 1 as per plat thereof in Plat Book 12 at .
Page 40 into a single unified, indivisible title, and the Grantee
further covenants and agrees that the property may only be sold,
hypothecated or transferred in its entirety and not in part or
Qarcels.
