Declaration of Condominium and Exhibits attached

This Partial Release shall also release the above Condominium Unit
from the Financing Statement recorded in ORB 225, Page 590, of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; and Modification of
Mortgage recorded in Official Records Book 237, Page 1136, Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
TO HAVE AND TO HOID the same, with the appu~tenances, unto the said PROTEAN
