FINAL JUDGMENT , -
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 16th day of November,
1978, and the Court having given full consideration to all the
evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of
the parties and subject matter of this suit; that.the relation
of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that
the marriage between the parties isjirretrievably broken and

should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
l. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between
RAFFORD IRVING and MARY IRVING be~and the same is hereby dis-
i solved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever

freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between
~ them and from the obligations arising therefrom.

2. RESTRAINING ORDER. Each of the parties is hereby
enjoined and restrained from interfering with, harassing or

annoying the other.
3.' JURISDICTION. Jursidiction of this cause, and the `
parties hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders
as may be proper.
