AFFIDAVIT OF CONTINUOUS MARRIAGE
STATE OF FLORIDA
COUNTY OF ST. LUCIE .
BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, this day personally
appeared, FRANCES A. ASCRIZZI, who, being first duly sworn, deposes
and says as follows:
1. That she was married to Ferdinando Ascrizzi on the
day of < , 19 ,
. 2. That your affiant and the said Ferdinando Ascrizzi
continuously maintained the relationship of husband and wife from
the aforesaid date of their marriage to the date the said Ferdinando
Ascrizzi died which was on the 3rd day of April, 1977.
