WHEREAS, Assignor is the owner of the equitable title to

by virtue of that certain Assignment of Vendees Rights Under
Agreement for Deed dated July 16, 1975 by Clifford G. Royer and

Diann T. Royer, his wife, which Assignment is recorded in Official

Record Book 241~at Page 2426 of the Public Records of St. Lucie

; ' ~ County, Florida; and
: WHEREAS, the aforesaid Clifford G. Royer and Diann T. Royer,
~ his wife, are contract vendees under that certain Agreement

_ for Deed to the above-described property in which Franklin A. -
' Harris and Valerie B. Harris, his wife, are contract vendors; and

WHEREAS, the aforesaid Agreement for Deed which was executed
~ , on April 20, 1973, has been recorded in Official Record Book
213.at Page 2636 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida; and ~
WHEREAS, Assignee desires to purchase from Assignor all of
its right, title and i:.terest in and to said Agreement for Deed ;
and the aforementioned land;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and the „

sum of $10.00 and other valuable consideration in hand paid,
Assignor hereby grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises, releases,
` conveys, assigns, and confirms unto Assignee all of its right,
title and interest in and under the aforementioned Agreement For
