FINAI, JUDGMENT OF DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE ~
THIS CAUSE, havinq come on for trial on the 17th day of
November, 1978, upon the pleadings filed herein and the Court
having given full consideration to-all the evidence and observed
the demeanor and physical condition of the witnesses, finds and
determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and
subject matter of this suit; that the relation of Husband~and
Wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage is
irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION. The marriage between KENNETH McPEEK,
~iusband., and MILDRED McPEEK, his Wife, be and the same is hereby
! dissolved,•and the.parties and each of them are hereby forever
~ freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them

and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. The Separation and Property Settlement Agreement ad-
~ mitted into evidence is hereby incorporated herein by reference
$ and the parties are ordered to comply with the provisions thereof.

~ ~ 3. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties hereto, is
~ retained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper. Further
~ jurisdiction may be invoked by mailing a copy of any future pleading
~ to the address required to be supplied to the Clerk of the Circuit
~

~ Court as outlined aboye. Should jurisdiction be involed in this
~
~ manner, this pleading shall be mailed by certified mail, return
a

z receipt requested, addressee only, to the opposing party; and which
